Wearwell® Foundation Work/Maintenance Platform provides all the stability of traditional work platforms, but at the fraction of the costs.
This modular work/maintenance platform system comes in a range of heights, lengths and widths that makes assembly and installation easier than ever before. Any shape and size is possible, down to 1.5 foot (0.45m) sections; thus eliminating custom fabrication costs. In addition, no welding or specialised tools are required to assemble. All the tools needed to put Foundation together are all already in your workshop or toolbox. Due to its modular system, reconfiguring this platform is a breeze.
All components, including the aluminium frame, resist corrosion. This surprisingly lightweight system provides all the support your team demands and more! Each 2.75" (7cm) thick tile boasts a load rating of 400lbs and is manufactured from 100% recycled polypropylene to stand up to a wide range of chemicals.
Available in 3 surface patterns, open versions allows free passage of fluids, debris and airflow. Integrated traction points provide long-lasting, reliable slip prevention.

Foundation Work/Maintenance Platform Set-up in Pictures!
Step 1
Remove the flat carton and 2 tiles from the main shipping carton.

Remove frames from the carton
Step 3
Slide braces out from legs and reposition braces as shown
Step 4
Slide in cross braces to create individual frames
Step 5
Align first tile with the positioning screw in the frame and push corner of tile into the frame slot
Step 6
Push tile down into the slots on the frame. Use a rubber mallet to knock down the tile if required
Step 7
Once the first tile is seated firmly, continue with the next tile till all tiles are fitted in.
Step 8
Wearwell® Foundation Work/Maintenance Platform ready to be put in good use when all tiles are firmly secured. Setup is the same for all 3 types of tiles.
